On behalf of Pepperjam Network affiliates in California (and around the country)…thank you Gov. Schwarzenegger!

In his release Gov. Schwarzenegger concluded that with unemployment at an all time high, government must do everything they can to keep jobs and create jobs in California.
The Gov. is absolutely correct. North Carolina and others should follow California’s lead and conclude that now is not the time to jeopardize the future of small business. The Amazon Tax will result in job losses, which will result in less income and payroll taxes, among other negative implications. The Amazon Tax will encourage businesses to move out of States that support it and into States that are in favor of small business.
In short, the Amazon Tax is a lose, lose, lose. States lose. Internet businesses lose. Affiliates lose.
