Hello, you doing well? A buddy very recently got hold of a old smaller motorcycle, im not even positive what make it is! My other buddies are now teasing him and stating that it is a scooter, not a motorbike! I would like to put them in their place seriously what is the difference between a bike an a scooter? Can you assist?
