About the BuyerLink by HomeGain Affiliate Program:

“HomeGain is a leading provider of online marketing solutions that connect real estate agents and brokers with homebuyers and sellers.
BuyerLink drives consumers to real estate agent and broker websites through the power of the four major search engines, Google, Yahoo!, MSN and AOL plus over 300 top Internet websites, including USATODAY.com, and Tribune Company.
HomeGain’s extensive filtering process ensures that only consumers looking for existing homes in specific cities are directed to the agent or broker’s site. Consumers looking for foreclosures, rentals or new homes are all filtered out.
There is no long-term commitment, no keyword selection, no bidding, and no ad copy writing. HomeGain will do the work of driving visits to the agent or broker’s site, so they can focus on turning those visitors into new clients.”

Performance Based Payment: Online affiliate marketing, you earn money only when you give results. This is a rather terrific motivator for affiliates to work-hard. Simply doing work doesn’t pay here; your performance is measured on the basis of the result. You spend hours in front of your PC, but if no visitor clicks or buys, you get no money.

Affiliate Marketing Network is a mode of promoting a product or services on the World Wide Web. If you succeed in finding for your product the appropriate kind of affiliate marketing network, then you can ensure the fact that its gets noticed amongst prospective clients. An affiliate marketing network comprises of affiliate merchants, affiliates and the intermediate service providers who ensure that web traffic is directed to the concerned website. All three form a part of an affiliate marketing network. Such a network caters to the ones who opt for it and offers services like databasing management, affiliating tracking, legal documentation, reporting, payments to affiliates and a lot of paperwork. Each time a potential buyer visits a product website, the affiliates are rewarded by the business house as per the theory of affiliate marketing. All business houses attempt to reach out to a large base of their potential clientele. This is the reason why they resort to affiliate marketing programs which offers them with just the right plan for their business. There are a number of professional service providers who offer such programs. With a good affiliate program for your business, you can ensure a steady flow of money for your business.

With newspapers and other media suffering greatly from loss of advertising revenue, the concept of affiliate marketing works for media. BestHomePro is another home search service that has just launched an affiliate program in Raleigh-Durham, Chapel Hill, NC. In order to be successful, however, the CONSUMER needs to believe they are using a top-notch service and that their contact information is being protected. How many lead generation/affiliate programs do that? Not very many. Our plan is to offer home search services to consumers, with the promise that their contact information will NEVER be shared or sold without their permission.
Unlike Trulia, Zillow, which are powerful sites, but don’t have all the listings, we will. Consumers want all the listings. Unlike Homegain, Housevalues, Househunt and others, we will not trick consumers into registering and then give or sell the lead to agents and brokers. Consumers don’t want to be captured and sold.
